These Terms govern your use of Token Burn, operated by Chaos Realms. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The service

Token Burn provides applications and services for viewing and continuing supported AI coding work across devices you control. Features vary by platform, app version, connected tool, region, and membership. You are responsible for the computers, projects, developer tools, provider accounts, and network access you connect.

Your account and devices

• Provide accurate account information and keep access to your email secure.
• Authorize only devices and endpoints you own or are permitted to control.
• Promptly revoke a device or session you no longer trust.
• Do not share credentials, bypass limits, probe other users, or interfere with the service.

Free app and optional memberships

Token Burn is free to download. Some remote capacity or premium features may require a Remote or Super membership. The app or checkout will show the current price, billing period, included capacity, and eligibility before purchase.

App Store subscriptions are charged to your Apple Account, automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and are managed in your Apple subscription settings. Restore Purchase is available for eligible App Store purchases. Direct desktop or web purchases, when offered, are governed by the terms displayed at that checkout. Deleting Token Burn does not automatically cancel a store subscription.

Acceptable use

You may not use Token Burn to:

• Access a device, account, system, or data without authorization.
• Distribute malware, exploit vulnerabilities, evade provider safeguards, or disrupt infrastructure.
• Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, contractual, or other rights.
• Resell access, automate abusive traffic, or circumvent membership and resource controls.
• Use the service where doing so would violate applicable law.

Third-party services

Token Burn can interoperate with operating systems, stores, AI providers, developer tools, and payment providers. Those services are independent and subject to their own terms, availability, charges, and data practices. Token Burn does not grant rights to third-party software or content.

Ownership and feedback

Token Burn and its software, branding, and service materials are owned by Chaos Realms or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. You retain rights in your projects and content. If you send feedback, you allow us to use it without obligation.

Changes, suspension, and termination

We may update the service and these Terms, discontinue a feature, or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, nonpayment, abuse, or material breach. You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Token Burn is provided “as is” and “as available.” Remote access and AI tools can fail, produce unexpected results, consume provider quotas, or affect connected systems. Review important actions, maintain appropriate backups, and do not rely on Token Burn for emergency or life-critical use.

To the extent permitted by law, Chaos Realms will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
